YouEngage Foundation is a youth-focused organization committed to developing Africa’s next generation of visionary leaders, seeks to create such environments that can empower the current and future generation as a means to achieve sustained peace, stability and security for our nation.
Our Pillars
At YouEngage Foundation, our work is anchored on three transformative pillars that collectively empower youth and contribute to long-term peace, stability, and development:
Meaningful Work and Livelihoods
We equip youth with the tools and opportunities to become economically independent and resilient. Through vocational training, entrepreneurship support, job placement, financial literacy, and business incubation, we empower young people to create dignified livelihoods and actively contribute to their communities’ economic growth.
Education and Skills Development
We provide inclusive, practical, and future-oriented learning pathways. Our programs integrate vocational skills training, partnerships with trade schools, and non-traditional education such as e-learning, bootcamps, and community-based training. We also offer career readiness support, life skills development, and internship placements to bridge the gap between education and employment especially for youth underserved by traditional systems.
Sustainable Communities
We build youth capacity to drive positive change within their communities. By promoting climate resilience, civic engagement, social responsibility, gender equity, and SRH awareness, we nurture young leaders who are agents of peace, sustainability, and inclusive development. This work strengthens the social fabric and lays the groundwork for long-term stability and growth.
StandOut Mentorship Program
The StandOut Mentorship Program is designed to nurture young emerging leaders who are in the early stages of their career journey. This program equips participantswith essential leadership skills, personal development tools, and the opportunity to create meaningful impact in their communities. It offers a blend of virtual and physical engagements focused on enhancing leadership capabilities, fostering social responsibility, and cultivating professional growth.
